CanCare is a concept app designed to connect cancer patients, survivors, and families through shared experiences, empathy, and personalized support. Inspired by my own loss — after my dad passed away from glioblastoma — I created this project with the goal of making others feel less alone in a time that often feels isolating.

Users begin by entering details like their prognosis, symptoms, and type of cancer. From there, the app intelligently matches them with others facing similar journeys — creating space for honest conversation, emotional support, and community. The design emphasizes warmth, ease of use, and emotional safety, with soft visuals and intuitive navigation to foster connection and comfort.

CanCare is more than a digital tool — it's a tribute to those we’ve lost, and a resource for those still fighting. It’s designed with compassion at its core.
